I truly believe that we are all driven to do well. When we are not doing well, it’s because something is getting in our way. Together, we’ll get to the heart of what’s stressing you out or getting you down. Then, we’ll create a plan to help you meet your goals. With practice, I know that you can develop the skills you need to bounce back and be the best version of yourself.
What to expect
We will meet for about one hour. While I ask lots of questions to get to know you, you will decide what you feel comfortable sharing. I will check in with you to make sure that you feel heard and respected. I am here to help, not to judge. Together we will:
- develop an action plan and figure out how often you want to meet to work on your goals.
- Once we’ve accomplished your goals, we’ll celebrate and make sure that you have what you need to maintain the changes you’ve made.
What you share with me doesn’t go anywhere —it’s confidential (unless you or someone else is at risk of being harmed). You are always welcomed to invite family or significant others join a conversation to support you in your journey.
